What do you expect as a civil servant agency?

Being a civil servant is never become my dream job since I was taken a school and begun to created my future goal. Otherwise, when somebody asked me about the reason which made me taken a civil servant test, I haven’t yet found an answer because I have never think about it before.

If I am asked what do I think about civil servant and is it enough better for nowdays. I could not said that it was already well done because I personally have to confess that there are still much problems regarding to civil servant quality both personally and skill-knowledge. So many opinions stated that our civil servant are useless and non-qualified workers and so on.

Those made me less respect about civil servant, even when I usually seen most of them are less productivity and tend to just worked without by having a working-purposed. But I believe that beside such as problems which I mention above, there are still some  civil servant whose really have a good attitude and knowledge.

And now, when I am being as a civil servant, all of those hesitations and troubles seem like hit me and force me to answer by myself. The judges which I have gotten about civil servant become a challenge for me personally.

Thank to Almighty God, due to Him I could get a good chance to be one of the winners of BKN (Badan Kepegawaian Negara) civil service agency on 2014. I realized that so many others willing to take it and I am so grateful could be the part of BKN family. Particularly, it was done through the real competition. This is my first time to taken a test and so suprising to knowing that I was be choosed after through some steps or I called as the real competition.

Then now, I am asked myself, what do you purpose as a civil servant?
By realizing that question, I challenge myself to be a qualified either a good character or skill-knowledges which I using to be a better generation. It is quite difficult at all.
